We did, but we have too many projects going on and were not able to give enough time to them, so we decided to put it on hold for now. We hope to be able to come back to designing resources some day though, because we enjoy it!
We have educational resources now though, you can find them in our Education section.
We offer payment plans on many of our services. Our plans are very flexible and we can work with your budget to help make smaller payments, at no additional costs. Just make sure to let us know when you reach out!
We don't offer discounts regularly, and don't hold sales on services.
Every once in a while we advertise bundles or bonuses on Facebook or Instagram.
But what we do more regularly is offer introductory discounts when we're opening up new services. Those are usually given to our email list first, and if spots are left, we announce them on social media.
We also join bundles every once in a while, where you can get our courses and other resources along with other products for a very big discount. These are advertised on Facebook, Instagram and to our email list as well.
That depends on what type of project it is, and our availability. Doesn't hurt to ask though, just email us at hello@stargazedstudio.com, we won't bite! If our schedule is not too busy, we are open to new things 🙂

Project Questionnaire
This form will collect all the information and inspiration for your project, as well as some information about your goals and audience. It's custom to your project, but usually takes between 10-20 minutes to fill out.
Find Your Brand Workbook
You'll receive this workbook as a part of the Personal Branding project. It explains the basics of branding, and collects information about your project. If you have already established your brand foundations (such as vision, mission, values), this workbook will be fairly quick to fill out. If you have not established your brand foundation yet, it will take you a bit longer, but it will be very educational, since this is a very important part of branding! No worries, the workbook explains everything you need to know, and gives you relatable examples.
Individualized Content Workbook
If we are working on your website, we'll establish what pages you will need during Planning Call. And then you'll receive this workbook where I will set up a simple layout of the pages within your website, and the structure I recommend in them, so that you just have to go and fill out the boxes with the content you have. This workbook is pure strategy, as I will direct you on where to write CTAs, where to lead your audience, where to show your offers, you just have to fill it in. Each page also comes with a guide, to help you understand what the goal of that page is, and what type of content we will need there. Depending on whether you have your content ready or need to start from scratch, this can take from a few hours to a few days.

Our process embraces an intuitive design approach where instead of aiming for multiple options and revisions, we work with you step by step to create something that aligns with your goals from the beginning. That's why the forms and workbooks we send to you are important, because they provide a guide for us to follow.
Our research is also based on the information you provide to us. We take into account your industry and your audience's behaviour, as in how they will interact with your project, the devices they use, their attention span, the language they respond to, etc. We combine what we learn about them with the inspiration preferences you shared with us, and design around it, keeping your main goals in mind, to create an experience that is intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly.
Sara has a degree in Visual Arts, with an Emphasis in Graphic Design, and has been designing websites before she even started her degree. From graphics and websites for small blogs that she did for fun, to being invited to become an admin for a website providing free graphic resources for website enthusiasts, Sara has been designing for over 15 years.
She worked as the sole in-house designer in an IT department for three years, where she learned not only to design with functionality in mind, but also improved her own coding skills quite a bit, and designed not only websites, but also other interface projects like mobile apps and touch screens. Her years there introduced her to User Experience, which has become an important element of her career.
Cameron is a Quality Engineer with five years of experience in workflow creations, database organization, quality assurance, and solving efficiency loopholes. He helps Sara create more efficient workflows and systems, which comes in handy not only for our client projects, but also implementing a service such as our WordPress Website in a Week offer.
Sara and Cameron work together to provide different points of view in a project, bounce ideas on each other for workflow and processes, and make sure that the results align with the goals.
Absolutely! Once we complete the project and you sign it off, you can do with it whatever you want.
Your website will be built on WordPress, using Beaver Builder, which will allow you to easily go in and make the changes you need. We will provide you a general Beaver Builder tutorial that you can use as a guide to make your own changes.
Any systems we create will be built on your own hosting and domain (we will guide you through the process of creating them at the beginning of the project), so you will have access to them at all times.
Yes, we provide maintenance packages for existing clients. Ask us about it during the project, and we'll be happy to share more information with you and see what package fulfills your design needs better.
