➡ This week we got to reminiscence with you through photos that mark different points of our business journey. But we just wanted to remind you that what we are sharing are the highlights. We didn't share about the hard times...
...like when a project was so stressful, Sara couldn't sleep at night.
...like when we were starting out and didn't have a good contract in place, and a project went so out of scope that we ended up making pennies for our work.
...like when leads were so low, Sara had to get a part-time job that paid less than her entry-level job after college.
Running your own business isn't always fun travels and having leads chasing you all day.
But running our own business does give us so much flexibility, and has allowed us to do a lot of things we wouldn't be able to do otherwise! Like...
✨ Prioritizing our health when necessary, without worrying about running out of paid time off at work, or even getting laid off from work.
✨ Traveling to be with my sister when she had her baby, or traveling for two months to visit family over the holidays!
✨ Being able to work with clients that are out there changing the world and making it a better place ❤
And these benefits outweigh the hard moments. It's been six years of growing Stargazed Studio, and we won't go back! Stargazed has been a great tool in our lives to chase our dreams, while supporting our clients in their own journey too ✨

Today we want to introduce you to our new service: The UX Strategy Bundle!
This service bundles three strategy services into one, resulting in a completely online presence strategy revamp, tailor-made for your goals and audience.
The bundle includes:
➡ One Website Evaluation service, where we go over your existing website and create a walkthrough video showing you what changes we suggest to increase conversions and align with your goals.
➡ One UX Strategy Session, where we take a look at your overall online presence and help you map out a flow that encompasses it all, and that makes sure it all funnels towards your goals.
➡ One Website Blueprint Day, where we take the strategy points we've learned from the previous two services, and design the flow for a website experience that aligns with your goals. Then we break down every part of this new website, and help you figure out what content and software you will need to bring it to life.
You can then use this whole plan to give it to your assistant or your designer so it can be implemented into your website and online presence--it doesn't matter what website platform you use!

We originally published this post two years ago, and every year we update it and add something else we've learned. It's the typical "things I wish people would have told me when I first started my business!" piece, so it's not groundbreaking. But it has great bits of reminders that might be able to help you where you are at in your own business journey!
✨ 3 Great Ways To Make Business Connections
As we were going over things that made a difference in our journey, we couldn't ignore that connections is HUGE! We have been part of great communities that have provided so much support, that we decided to write about it, give you ideas on how you can find connection yourself, and show you examples of how different places have provided us with the connection we needed in that moment of our business journey.

We loved being able to connect to people all over the world, and share about our business journeys. It was such a big relief to still be able to connect in one way, despite all the life disruptions we had that year. But it was not something new--as an online business, the internet has provided us with great connections since 2016, when Sara first started freelancing 😉
